3. Only Pay if you are Successful

You will only be charged if your application for Attendance Allowance is successful. Our fee will be a set rate, as agreed upon during the consultation.

4. Client Obligations

To provide our services, clients must:

• Cooperate with our team and respond promptly to requests for information.
• Inform us immediately of any changes in circumstances that may affect the application.

Either party may terminate the service at any time by providing written notice. If the service is terminated before the application is submitted, no fee will be charged.

Elder Free reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
